Event Planner / Event Coordination: Professional event planners or coordinators to assist with the planning process and day-of coordination.
Catering Services: In-house catering or partnerships with preferred caterers, offering customizable menus.
Bartending Services: Full bar setup with trained bartenders and a selection of beverages (hired externally - we are not a TABC licensed venue).
Decor and Setup: Assistance with event setup and access to decor options, including table settings, linens, and centerpieces.
Audiovisual Services: Rental and setup of sound systems, microphones, projectors, and screens.
Photography and Videography: We have an in-house photographer and videographer who specialize in capturing events and weddings.
Floral and Decor: Access to florists and decorators who can create floral arrangements and event decor.
Entertainment: Suggestions or connections with DJs, live bands, musicians, and entertainers.
In-house Band: subject to availability, Eddie Shell & The Not Guilties or the Bode Barker Band can play your event.
Accommodations: We have three AirBnB properties available, two on-property.
